Here's the thing to know about this combo product: one of its ingredients is aspirin, which is already a blood thinner that keeps platelets from clumping together. The caffeine in cola nut has shown a mild antiplatelet effect too, but only in lab and test-tube studies. So in theory, pairing them could nudge your bleeding risk up a little, meaning easier bruising, nosebleeds, or stomach irritation from the aspirin.

I want to be honest with you though: this has never actually been reported in people, and the evidence is weak. A normal cup of coffee or a soda's worth of caffeine is very unlikely to matter. If you take aspirin daily or use cola nut supplements in concentrated doses, just mention it to your pharmacist or doctor first.
