Theoretically, green coffee may increase the risk of bleeding if used with anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs.
Green coffee can contain caffeine. Caffeine is reported to have antiplatelet activity. Theoretically, caffeine in green coffee might increase the risk of bleeding when used concomitantly with these agents. However, this interaction has not been reported in humans. There is some evidence that caffeinated coffee might increase the fibrinolytic activity in blood.

Here's the simple version. Anagrelide already works to lower your platelets and gently nudge them toward not clotting as easily, so anything that adds even a little anti-clotting action gets our attention. Green coffee carries some caffeine, and caffeine has a mild reported ability to make platelets stick together less. Put those together, in theory, and you could tip slightly toward easier bleeding or bruising.

I want to be honest about how soft this evidence is. This is a theoretical concern based on how things work in a lab, not something actually seen in people taking these together. Small amounts in foods or a daily cup are unlikely to matter much. Still, if you notice unusual bruising, nosebleeds, or bleeding gums, or you're considering a concentrated green coffee supplement, please check with your pharmacist or doctor first.

Both Agrylin and generic anagrelide capsules are used to treat thrombocythemia secondary to myeloproliferative neoplasms — a condition where bone marrow disorders cause dangerously high platelet counts. The goal is to bring platelet counts down, lower the risk of dangerous blood clots (thrombosis), and ease related symptoms including bleeding and clotting events.
