Hydralazine falls under ANTIHYPERTENSIVE DRUGS — the group Green Coffee interacts with.

Theoretically, taking green coffee with antihypertensive drugs might increase the risk of hypotension.
Clinical studies have shown that green coffee extract decreases blood pressure. When used with antihypertensive drugs, green coffee might have additive blood pressure-lowering effects. However, this has not been shown in clinical research.

Here's the gist: hydralazine already works to lower your blood pressure by relaxing your blood vessels. Green coffee extract has shown a small blood pressure lowering effect of its own in some studies. So when you pair the two, the worry is that they could add together and drop your pressure a bit more than you'd expect.

If that happened, you might feel lightheaded, dizzy, headachy, or have a fast heartbeat, especially when you stand up quickly. That said, this is mostly theoretical and hasn't really been proven in people taking both together, so it's a minor concern. Keep in mind green coffee also has caffeine, which can nudge blood pressure the other way. If you want to try it, check with your pharmacist or doctor first and keep an eye on your readings.
