Green Coffee + Terbutaline
Terbutaline brand names: Bricanyl, Brethine, Bricanyl Injection, Bricanyl Turbohaler.
Green Coffee has a moderate interaction with Terbutaline. Theoretically, concomitant use of large amounts of green coffee might increase cardiac inotropic effects of beta-agonists.

Here is the interaction we found between these two, with the evidence behind it.
BETA-ADRENERGIC AGONISTS
Why this applies to Terbutaline
Terbutaline falls under BETA-ADRENERGIC AGONISTS — the group Green Coffee interacts with.
Green coffee can contain caffeine. Caffeine can increase cardiac inotropic effects of beta-agonists.
Interaction has not been documented in well-controlled studies, however, the interaction has been demonstrated in some small human studies or in controlled animal studies in conjunction with multiple case reports..
Here's the simple version. Terbutaline is a beta-agonist that opens up your airways, but it can also rev up your heart a little, sometimes causing a faster heartbeat, palpitations, jitteriness, or shaky hands. Green coffee naturally contains caffeine, which is a stimulant in its own right. Stack the two together and you could feel those heart-related effects more strongly.
I'll be honest with you, this concern is theoretical, based on how caffeine and beta-agonists behave rather than hard studies. A regular cup of coffee usually isn't a big deal, but concentrated green coffee supplements deliver a heavier caffeine load. If you notice extra racing heart or shakiness, or you take Terbutaline regularly, please check with your pharmacist or doctor before combining them.

About Green Coffee
What is Green Coffee?
- Weight loss
- High blood pressure
- Blood sugar control
- Antioxidant support
- General energy
Green coffee is the unroasted bean of the coffee plant, prized for its high chlorogenic acid content. Some early studies suggest modest benefits for weight, blood pressure, and blood sugar, but the evidence is limited and far from conclusive. It contains caffeine, so people sensitive to stimulants should use caution and check with a pharmacist or doctor first.
About Terbutaline
What Is Terbutaline Used For?
Brand names: Bricanyl, Brethine, Bricanyl Injection, Bricanyl Turbohaler
Terbutaline Sulfate — available as both a tablet and a subcutaneous (under-the-skin) injection — is used to prevent and reverse bronchospasm (sudden tightening of the airways) in adults and children 12 years and older. It is indicated for people with asthma and for reversible bronchospasm associated with bronchitis and emphysema.
Both Terbutaline Sulfate Tablets and Terbutaline Sulfate Injection share these approved uses. The injection form acts more quickly and is given by a healthcare provider under the skin, while the tablet form is taken by mouth on a regular schedule during waking hours.

Terbutaline Is Linked to Lower Levels of 2 Nutrients
Natural Medicines records Terbutaline as a medicine that can lower these. This is not an interaction with Green Coffee — it is a separate effect of the medicine, and it is a reason some people are advised to supplement rather than to avoid one:
