Aprocitentan falls under ANTIHYPERTENSIVE DRUGS — the group Green Coffee interacts with.

Theoretically, taking green coffee with antihypertensive drugs might increase the risk of hypotension.
Clinical studies have shown that green coffee extract decreases blood pressure. When used with antihypertensive drugs, green coffee might have additive blood pressure-lowering effects. However, this has not been shown in clinical research.

Aprocitentan (Tryvio) is a newer medication used to help control high blood pressure that hasn't responded well to other treatments. Here's the simple version of what's going on: green coffee itself may nudge your blood pressure down a little, thanks to a compound called chlorogenic acid. Stack that on top of a blood pressure drug like aprocitentan, and in theory the two could add up and drop your pressure lower than intended.

I want to be honest, though. This is mostly a theoretical concern, rated minor, and it hasn't actually been proven in studies where the two were combined. If it did happen, you might feel lightheaded, dizzy, or a bit worn out, especially when standing up quickly. Nothing to panic over, but if you're considering green coffee supplements, run it by your pharmacist or doctor first so they can keep an eye on your numbers.

Tryvio is used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension) in adults. It is specifically for people whose blood pressure is not adequately controlled on other blood pressure medications — it is always used together with at least one other antihypertensive drug, not on its own.

Lowering blood pressure helps reduce the risk of serious cardiovascular events such as stroke and heart attack. Tryvio has not been studied as a standalone treatment and is not intended to replace other blood pressure medicines.
