Here is the interaction we found between these two, with the evidence behind it.
BETA-ADRENERGIC AGONISTS
Why this applies to Arformoterol
Arformoterol falls under BETA-ADRENERGIC AGONISTS — the group Green Coffee interacts with.
Green coffee can contain caffeine. Caffeine can increase cardiac inotropic effects of beta-agonists.
Interaction has not been documented in well-controlled studies, however, the interaction has been demonstrated in some small human studies or in controlled animal studies in conjunction with multiple case reports..
Here's the simple version: arformoterol (Brovana) is a long-acting beta agonist you breathe in to keep your airways open with COPD. One of its known effects is a little extra stimulation of the heart. Green coffee carries caffeine, which can nudge the heart in the same direction, so stacking the two could add up. You might notice a faster or pounding heartbeat, jitteriness, or feeling shaky.
I want to be honest about how solid this is. It's a theoretical concern based on how these things work, not proven in studies, and a cup of coffee is unlikely to cause trouble. Concentrated green coffee supplements deliver more caffeine, so that's where caution matters most. If you're sensitive to stimulants or have heart issues, chat with your pharmacist or doctor before combining them.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Arformoterol page
“Arformoterol (Brovana) is an inhaled beta-agonist that opens airways in COPD, and because it also stimulates the heart, its 32 supplement and herbal interactions warrant real vigilance rather than a quick skim. Most of the moderate entries are caffeine sources (coffee, teas, energy-drink botanicals) that can amplify the drug's heart-st…”

About Green Coffee
What is Green Coffee?
- Weight loss
- High blood pressure
- Blood sugar control
- Antioxidant support
- General energy
Green coffee is the unroasted bean of the coffee plant, prized for its high chlorogenic acid content. Some early studies suggest modest benefits for weight, blood pressure, and blood sugar, but the evidence is limited and far from conclusive. It contains caffeine, so people sensitive to stimulants should use caution and check with a pharmacist or doctor first.
