Theoretically, green coffee may increase the risk of bleeding if used with anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs.
Green coffee can contain caffeine. Caffeine is reported to have antiplatelet activity. Theoretically, caffeine in green coffee might increase the risk of bleeding when used concomitantly with these agents. However, this interaction has not been reported in humans. There is some evidence that caffeinated coffee might increase the fibrinolytic activity in blood.

Here's the gist with Aleve Cold and Sinus (which combines naproxen, an anti-inflammatory pain reliever, with pseudoephedrine, a decongestant). The naproxen part already nudges up your bleeding risk a little because it affects how platelets clump together and can irritate the stomach lining. Green coffee carries caffeine, and on paper caffeine may have a mild blood-thinning effect too, so stacking the two could theoretically add to that bleeding tendency.

I want to be honest: this is a theory based on how these things work, not something actually seen happening in people. The bigger thing I'd watch with this combo is stomach upset or signs of bleeding like dark stools or easy bruising, plus the jitters or raised blood pressure from caffeine on top of pseudoephedrine. If you use this regularly, just run it by your pharmacist.

Here's the thing to know about Aleve Cold and Sinus: it contains pseudoephedrine, a decongestant that's also a stimulant. Green coffee naturally carries caffeine, which is a stimulant too. When you stack two stimulants together, their effects can pile up.

In real terms, that means you might notice a faster or pounding heartbeat, jitteriness, trouble sleeping, a bump in blood pressure, or feeling anxious or wired. This concern is mostly theoretical and based on expert opinion, so it isn't a hard ban, but it's worth respecting, especially if you already feel sensitive to caffeine or have high blood pressure or heart issues. If you take both, please check with your pharmacist or doctor first so you can use them safely.
