Aspirin, Codeine Phosphate, Phenobarbital falls under CYTOCHROME P450 2D6 (CYP2D6) SUBSTRATES — the group Hordenine interacts with.

Hordenine weakly inhibits cytochrome P450 2D6 (CYP2D6) enzymes in vitro. Theoretically, hordenine might increase the levels of CYP2D6 substrates.
Some of drugs that are CYP2D6 substrates include amitriptyline (Elavil), clozapine (Clozaril), codeine, desipramine (Norpramin), donepezil (Aricept), fentanyl (Duragesic), flecainide (Tambocor), fluoxetine (Prozac), meperidine (Demerol), methadone (Dolophine), metoprolol (Lopressor, Toprol XL), olanzapine (Zyprexa), ondansetron (Zofran), tramadol (Ultram), trazodone (Desyrel), and others.

Here's the wrinkle with this combo: the codeine part of this medicine is a prodrug. Your body relies on an enzyme called CYP2D6 to turn codeine into morphine, which is what actually relieves pain. Hordenine appears to weakly block that same enzyme, but only in lab dish studies so far.

So in theory, hordenine could mean less codeine gets converted, leaving you with weaker pain relief rather than more side effects. The aspirin and phenobarbital pieces aren't really affected by this. Honestly, the evidence here is thin and the effect is rated minor, so I wouldn't lose sleep over it. Still, since hordenine is a poorly studied stimulant and this product already affects your heart and breathing, it's worth a quick chat with your pharmacist before combining them.
