Aspirin, Caffeine, Codeine Phosphate falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Tiratricol interacts with.

Theoretically, tiratricol might increase the hypoprothrombinemic effects of oral anticoagulants.
Tiratricol is related to thyroid hormones such as levothyroxine. The hypoprothrombinemic effects of oral anticoagulants, including warfarin (Coumadin), are increased by levothyroxine due to increased catabolism of vitamin K-dependent clotting factors. It is not known if tiratricol has a similar effect.

Here's the thing about this combo product: the part that matters for tiratricol is the aspirin, which thins the blood by keeping platelets from clumping. Tiratricol acts like a thyroid hormone, and thyroid hormones can speed up how fast your body burns through vitamin K-dependent clotting factors. In theory, that could nudge aspirin's blood-thinning effect a little stronger, meaning easier bruising, nosebleeds, or stomach bleeding.

I want to be honest though: this is theoretical, based on how these substances behave, not on real cases with this exact pair. The bigger concern is that tiratricol itself is an unapproved, risky substance the FDA warns against. Please don't combine these without first talking to your pharmacist or doctor.
