Here is the interaction we found between these two, with the evidence behind it.
STIMULANT DRUGS
Why this applies to Mephentermine
Mephentermine falls under STIMULANT DRUGS — the group Coffee interacts with.
Coffee contains caffeine. Due to the central nervous system (CNS) stimulant effects of caffeine, concomitant use with stimulant drugs can increase the risk of adverse effects.
Interaction has not been documented in well-controlled studies, however, the interaction has been demonstrated in some small human studies or in controlled animal studies in conjunction with multiple case reports..
Here's the simple version: mephentermine is a stimulant that revs up your cardiovascular system and can raise your heart rate and blood pressure. Coffee brings its own stimulant to the table, caffeine. When you stack two stimulants together, their effects can add up. So the concern here is that coffee may make mephentermine's stimulant side effects more noticeable, things like a racing or pounding heart, jitteriness, feeling anxious or restless, and trouble sleeping.
I'll be honest with you, this is based on expert opinion rather than hard studies, so it's more of a sensible caution than a proven danger. A normal cup or two probably won't cause trouble for most people, but heavy coffee intake is worth watching. Please check with your doctor or pharmacist about what's right for you.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Mephentermine page
“Mephentermine (Wyamine Sulfate) is itself a stimulant, an injectable medicine used to raise dangerously low blood pressure, so it follows that 44 of the 61 supplement and herbal ingredients on file here carry a stimulant push of their own. Ephedra sits among the five major-rated entries because it can drive heart rate and blood pressur…”

About Coffee
What is Coffee?
- Alertness and reducing fatigue
- Mental focus and concentration
- Athletic performance
- Headache relief
- Weight management
Coffee is a widely consumed beverage made from roasted coffee beans, valued mainly for its caffeine, which boosts alertness and energy. For most healthy adults, moderate coffee intake is generally safe and may have some health benefits, but too much can cause jitteriness, poor sleep, and a faster heartbeat. People who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or sensitive to caffeine should limit their intake and check with a doctor or pharmacist.
