Theoretically, taking green coffee with antihypertensive drugs might increase the risk of hypotension.
Clinical studies have shown that green coffee extract decreases blood pressure. When used with antihypertensive drugs, green coffee might have additive blood pressure-lowering effects. However, this has not been shown in clinical research.
