Lansoprazole, Amoxicillin, Clarithromycin falls under HEPATOTOXIC DRUGS — the group Ostarine interacts with.

Theoretically, concomitant use with hepatotoxic drugs might increase the risk of adverse hepatotoxic effects.
Some clinical research shows that ostarine can increase alanine aminotransferase, a marker of liver damage, in some patients. Additionally, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration warns that supplements containing SARMs, such as ostarine, have been associated with reports of liver toxicity and there are at least two reports of drug-induced liver injury attributed to the use of ostarine.

Prevpac is a short, two-week combo (lansoprazole, amoxicillin, and clarithromycin) used to clear an H. pylori stomach infection. Here the concern isn't about how these medicines are broken down or how well they work. It's about the liver. Both Ostarine and clarithromycin can put stress on the liver, so using them together could, in theory, add up and raise your chance of liver irritation.

To be honest, this is a theoretical caution based on how these substances behave, not on solid head-to-head studies. Still, Ostarine itself has been tied to real reports of liver injury, and it's an unapproved SARM I wouldn't recommend. Watch for yellowing skin or eyes, dark urine, belly pain, or unusual tiredness, and please loop in your doctor or pharmacist before mixing them.

CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) INHIBITORS

Lansoprazole, Amoxicillin, Clarithromycin also falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) INHIBITORS.

Theoretically, concomitant use of ostarine with CYP3A4 inhibitors could increase the effects and adverse effects of ostarine, although this is unlikely to be clinically significant.
Ostarine is partially metabolized by CYP3A4. However, clinical research shows that taking itraconazole, a potent inhibitor of CYP3A4, had minimal effects on the levels of ostarine in the body.

This Prevpac combo treats H. pylori stomach ulcers, and one of its pieces, clarithromycin, blocks a liver enzyme called CYP3A4. Since Ostarine is partly broken down by that same enzyme, the theory is that clarithromycin could slow Ostarine's clearance and let a little more build up, which might mean slightly stronger Ostarine effects or side effects.

The reassuring part: real-world testing with itraconazole, an even stronger CYP3A4 blocker, barely moved Ostarine levels. So this concern is mostly theoretical and rated minor and unlikely. That said, Ostarine is an unapproved SARM tied to liver injury, and clarithromycin can be hard on the liver too. I'd skip Ostarine entirely and talk with your pharmacist or doctor before combining anything like this.
