Aspirin, Codeine Phosphate, Phenobarbital falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Tiratricol interacts with.

Theoretically, tiratricol might increase the hypoprothrombinemic effects of oral anticoagulants.
Tiratricol is related to thyroid hormones such as levothyroxine. The hypoprothrombinemic effects of oral anticoagulants, including warfarin (Coumadin), are increased by levothyroxine due to increased catabolism of vitamin K-dependent clotting factors. It is not known if tiratricol has a similar effect.

This combination product contains aspirin, which thins the blood by reducing how well your platelets clump together. Tiratricol acts like thyroid hormone (T3), and thyroid hormones can speed up the breakdown of vitamin K-dependent clotting factors. In theory, that could nudge aspirin's blood-thinning effect a little stronger, which might mean easier bruising, nosebleeds, or stomach upset and bleeding.

I'll be honest: this is a theoretical concern based on how thyroid hormones behave, not something proven for tiratricol with aspirin. Honestly, my bigger worry is tiratricol itself, since the FDA has warned against it for serious heart and thyroid risks. Please don't change anything on your own. Talk with your pharmacist or doctor first.
