Ergotamine, Belladonna, Phenobarbital falls under ERGOT DERIVATIVES — the group Ephedra interacts with.

Theoretically, concomitant use might increase the risk of hypertension.
The ephedrine contained in ephedra might cause excessive vasoconstriction and hypertension when used in combination with ergot derivatives.

Here's the concern with combining ephedra and this medicine. The ergotamine part of your tablet already narrows blood vessels, that's how it helps stop a migraine. Ephedra contains ephedrine, a strong stimulant that also tightens blood vessels and raises blood pressure. Stack those two together and the squeezing effect can pile up, which may push your blood pressure too high and reduce blood flow to your hands, feet, and other tissues.

Warning signs could include a pounding headache, cold or numb fingers and toes, chest tightness, or feeling your heart race. Honestly, ephedra is banned in U.S. supplements for good reason, so I'd steer clear of it entirely. Please check with your pharmacist or doctor before mixing anything stimulant-like with this drug.
