Theoretically, concomitant use might increase the risk of hypokalemia.
Green coffee can contain caffeine. Caffeine, especially in excessive amounts, can reduce potassium levels due to stimulation of the sodium-potassium pump. Diuretics can also cause lower potassium levels.

Eutron combines methyclothiazide, a thiazide-type water pill, with pargyline. One thing thiazide diuretics are well known for is lowering potassium levels in your blood. Green coffee naturally contains some caffeine, and in larger amounts caffeine can nudge potassium a little lower too. So the worry here is simply that the two together might add up and drop your potassium more than either would alone.

I want to be honest: this is a theoretical concern based on how these things work, not strong proof. Still, low potassium can cause muscle cramps, weakness, or an irregular heartbeat, so it is worth a mention. If you take Eutron and want to use a green coffee supplement, just check in with your pharmacist or doctor first. They can keep an eye on your potassium.

Clinical studies have shown that green coffee extract decreases blood pressure. When used with antihypertensive drugs, green coffee might have additive blood pressure-lowering effects. However, this has not been shown in clinical research.

Eutron combines two blood pressure medicines: methyclothiazide, a water pill, and pargyline, an older drug that's also an MAO inhibitor. Here's the idea behind this interaction: green coffee extract has been shown in some studies to nudge blood pressure down a little on its own. Stack that on top of medicine that's already lowering your pressure, and the two could add up, leaving you lighter-headed than expected.

In real life, this concern is rated minor and is mostly theoretical, so I wouldn't panic. Still, watch for dizziness, especially when standing up, fainting, or feeling unusually tired. One extra note: pargyline is an MAO inhibitor, and concentrated green coffee adds caffeine, so it's worth a quick chat with your pharmacist before starting it. Please don't change anything on your own.
