ANTIDIABETES DRUGS
Why this applies to Dasiglucagon Hydrochloride
Dasiglucagon Hydrochloride falls under ANTIDIABETES DRUGS — the group Guarana interacts with.
Some conflicting reports claim that caffeine, a constituent of guarana, might increase or decrease blood sugar.
Interaction has been demonstrated in animal or in lab research but has been shown not to occur in humans..
Here's the thing about Zegalogue (dasiglucagon): it's an emergency rescue medicine you give when someone with diabetes has dangerously low blood sugar. It tells the liver to dump its stored sugar into the blood, fast. Guarana is basically a concentrated caffeine source, and the only concern on file is a theoretical one, that caffeine might nudge blood sugar up or down a little. The reports even conflict on which direction.
In a real low-sugar emergency, this isn't something to worry about. You should always use your dasiglucagon when it's needed, no matter what supplements you take. If you regularly use guarana or other caffeine pills and notice your day-to-day blood sugars acting unpredictable, mention it to your pharmacist or doctor so they can help you sort it out.

“Dasiglucagon (Zegalogue) is an emergency injection that rapidly raises blood sugar during a severe diabetic low, so a supplement list this large deserves genuine care. All 239 interacting ingredients act through blood glucose, and most of them lower it, deepening the very crashes this drug exists to reverse.”

About Guarana
What is Guarana?
- Energy and alertness
- Reducing fatigue
- Weight loss support
- Athletic performance
- Mental focus
Guarana is an Amazonian seed that is naturally high in caffeine, which explains most of its stimulant and energy effects. While it may give a short-term boost in alertness and reduce fatigue, strong evidence for weight loss or major performance gains is limited, and it carries the same risks as too much caffeine. Talk to your pharmacist or doctor before using it, especially if you have heart problems, anxiety, or are pregnant.
About Dasiglucagon Injection
What Is Dasiglucagon Injection Used For?

Zegalogue is not a day-to-day diabetes medicine. It is prescribed as an emergency kit to be on hand in case a person with diabetes becomes unresponsive or cannot safely swallow food or juice to raise their blood sugar.
