Here's the simple version: guarana is basically a concentrated source of caffeine, and amphetamine sulfate is already a strong stimulant on its own. Stacking the two together doesn't make one stronger by changing how your body breaks it down. Instead, you're just piling one stimulant on top of another, and the effects can add up.

What that can feel like is a racing or pounding heart, higher blood pressure, jitteriness, trouble sleeping, and more anxiety or restlessness than usual. To be clear, this concern is theoretical and based on how these things work, not on hard studies, so it isn't something to panic over. Still, if you take Evekeo or another amphetamine, it's worth a quick chat with your pharmacist or doctor before adding guarana or energy products.
