Mometasone, formoterol falls under CYTOCHROME P450 2D6 (CYP2D6) SUBSTRATES — the group Rauvolfia Vomitoria interacts with.

Theoretically, Rauvolfia vomitoria might increase the levels and clinical effects of CYP2D6 substrates.
Rauvolfia vomitoria contains small amounts of the drug yohimbine. In vitro research shows that yohimbine inhibits CYP2D6 enzyme activity.

Here's the gist with Zenhale, your mometasone and formoterol inhaler. The concern on file is that Rauvolfia vomitoria contains a little yohimbine, which in lab studies can block an enzyme called CYP2D6. If that enzyme is slowed, drugs it helps clear can build up. For Zenhale, the formoterol piece is the part that's partly handled this way, so in theory its effects could be nudged a bit higher.

If formoterol levels crept up, you might notice more of its usual stuff, like a faster or pounding heartbeat, shakiness, jitteriness, or a headache. I want to be honest though: this is based only on test-tube research, not real people, so it's a theoretical worry. Rauvolfia is a strong herb on its own, so please check with your pharmacist or doctor before combining them.
