Esomeprazole, Naproxen falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Tiratricol interacts with.

Theoretically, tiratricol might increase the hypoprothrombinemic effects of oral anticoagulants.
Tiratricol is related to thyroid hormones such as levothyroxine. The hypoprothrombinemic effects of oral anticoagulants, including warfarin (Coumadin), are increased by levothyroxine due to increased catabolism of vitamin K-dependent clotting factors. It is not known if tiratricol has a similar effect.

First things first: tiratricol is not a safe supplement. The FDA has warned people away from it because it acts like a strong thyroid hormone and can stress your heart. So my real advice is to steer clear of it altogether.

As for Vimovo (which combines the acid-reducer esomeprazole with the anti-inflammatory naproxen), the concern on file is really about bleeding. Thyroid-type hormones can speed up how your body breaks down certain clotting factors, which may thin the blood a bit. Naproxen already raises bleeding and stomach-ulcer risk on its own, so stacking tiratricol on top could theoretically make bruising, nosebleeds, or stomach bleeding more likely. This is theoretical, based on how these drugs behave, not proven. Please check with your pharmacist or doctor before combining them.
