Osilodrostat Phosphate falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Hemp interacts with.

Theoretically, hemp might decrease the levels and clinical effects of CYP3A4 substrates.
In vitro research shows that hemp induces CYP3A4 enzymes.

Here's the situation with Isturisa (osilodrostat) and hemp. Osilodrostat is partly handled by a liver enzyme called CYP3A4. Some early lab research suggests hemp may speed that enzyme up, which in theory could clear osilodrostat from your body a little faster and make it slightly less effective at controlling your cortisol levels. Osilodrostat is not a prodrug, so faster breakdown would mean a weaker effect, not a stronger one.

I want to be honest that this is very theoretical. It comes only from test-tube studies, the rating is minor, and ordinary food amounts of hemp seeds or hemp oil are unlikely to matter. Still, since osilodrostat needs careful cortisol monitoring, mention any concentrated hemp supplement to your doctor or pharmacist before starting.
