Diclofenac Sodium falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Yohimbe interacts with.

Theoretically, combining yohimbe bark with antiplatelet or anticoagulant drugs might have additive effects; however, this has not been reported in clinical research.
Research in healthy adults shows that taking yohimbine, a constituent of yohimbe bark, in doses of 8 mg or more, seems to inhibit platelet aggregation in vitro by binding to the alpha-2 adrenoceptor. The effects of yohimbe bark itself are unclear; yohimbe bark contains 0.6% to 1.38% yohimbine, but it is unclear how much is absorbed.

Here's the gist with diclofenac (Voltaren) and yohimbe. Diclofenac is an NSAID, and like other drugs in that family it can make your blood a little slower to clot and can be hard on the stomach lining. Yohimbe contains yohimbine, which in lab studies (at doses of 8 mg or more) seemed to make platelets a bit less sticky too. So in theory, taking both could nudge your bleeding risk up a touch, showing up as easy bruising, nosebleeds, or stomach upset.

I want to be honest though: this is theoretical and comes from test-tube research, not from real patients. It's also rated as a minor concern. Still, since yohimbe products are unpredictable and can spike blood pressure on their own, please run it by your pharmacist or doctor before pairing the two.
