Naltrexone Hydrochloride, Oxycodone Hydrochloride falls under CYTOCHROME P450 2D6 (CYP2D6) SUBSTRATES — the group Yohimbe interacts with.

Theoretically, yohimbe might increase the levels and adverse effects of CYP2D6 substrates.
In vitro research suggests that yohimbine, a constituent of yohimbe bark, inhibits CYP2D6 enzyme activity.

Troxyca ER combines oxycodone (a strong opioid painkiller) with naltrexone, which is built in to deter misuse. Your liver uses an enzyme called CYP2D6 to help process oxycodone. Lab studies suggest yohimbine, the active part of yohimbe, can slow that enzyme down. In theory, that could let a bit more oxycodone build up in your system, nudging up effects like drowsiness, slowed breathing, constipation, nausea, or dizziness.

I want to be honest that this is based only on test-tube research, not on real patients, so it may not amount to much in practice. Still, yohimbe on its own can raise blood pressure and speed up your heart, which isn't ideal alongside an opioid. Please run it by your pharmacist or doctor before combining them.
