Yohimbe + Aluminum Hydroxide, Aspirin, Magnesium Hydroxide
Aluminum Hydroxide, Aspirin, Magnesium Hydroxide brand name: Ascriptin.
Yohimbe has a minor interaction with Aluminum Hydroxide, Aspirin, Magnesium Hydroxide. Theoretically, combining yohimbe bark with antiplatelet or anticoagulant drugs might have additive effects; however, this has not been reported in clinical research.

ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS
Why this applies to Aluminum Hydroxide, Aspirin, Magnesium Hydroxide
Aluminum Hydroxide, Aspirin, Magnesium Hydroxide falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Yohimbe interacts with.
Research in healthy adults shows that taking yohimbine, a constituent of yohimbe bark, in doses of 8 mg or more, seems to inhibit platelet aggregation in vitro by binding to the alpha-2 adrenoceptor. The effects of yohimbe bark itself are unclear; yohimbe bark contains 0.6% to 1.38% yohimbine, but it is unclear how much is absorbed.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Here's the deal with this combo. The aspirin in Ascriptin already keeps your platelets from clumping together, which is exactly why it helps prevent clots. In lab studies, yohimbine (the active part of yohimbe) seems to do a little bit of the same thing. So in theory, stacking them could add up and make it a touch easier to bruise or bleed, like nosebleeds, gum bleeding, or a longer time to stop bleeding from a small cut.
I want to be honest though, this is theoretical. It comes from test-tube and animal data only, and it has never actually been reported as a problem in people. We don't even know how much yohimbine your body absorbs from the bark. I'd be more concerned about yohimbe's known effects on blood pressure and heart rate. Please run it by your pharmacist or doctor before combining them.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Aluminum Hydroxide, Aspirin, Magnesium Hydroxide page
“Ascriptin combines aspirin with two antacids, aluminum hydroxide and magnesium hydroxide, and the aspirin part already thins the blood on its own. That is why more than 200 of the 255 ingredients listed here can raise bleeding risk, and why this page deserves a careful read rather than a quick skim.”

About Yohimbe
What is Yohimbe?
- Erectile dysfunction
- Low sex drive
- Sexual performance
- Weight loss
- Athletic performance
Yohimbe is a West African tree bark that contains yohimbine, a compound mainly promoted for erectile dysfunction and as an aphrodisiac. A prescription form of yohimbine has some evidence for erectile dysfunction, but over-the-counter yohimbe supplements vary widely in content and can cause serious side effects like high blood pressure and fast heart rate. Because of these safety concerns, talk to your pharmacist or doctor before using it.
About Aspirin
What Is Aspirin Used For?
Brand name: Ascriptin
Aspirin is used to temporarily relieve minor aches and pains from headaches, backaches, muscle aches, toothaches, menstrual cramps, the common cold, and minor arthritis pain. It also temporarily reduces fever.
Some coated aspirin tablet products note that, under a doctor's supervision, aspirin can help prevent another heart attack or stroke in adults who have already had one. Because of their delayed-release design, those coated products will not give fast relief for headaches or other symptoms needing quick relief.
