Here's the thing to keep an eye on with this combo product: it already contains caffeine, which is a mild stimulant. Yohimbe (through its active compound yohimbine) revs up the same part of your nervous system that controls heart rate and blood pressure. Stack the two together and those effects can add up, so you might notice a faster or pounding heartbeat, jitteriness, restlessness, trouble sleeping, or a bump in your blood pressure.

To be fair, this is a theoretical concern based on how these substances behave, not from strong studies, so it may not affect everyone the same way. Still, since over-the-counter yohimbe products are unpredictable in strength, it's worth a quick chat with your pharmacist or doctor before pairing them, especially if you have heart issues or high blood pressure.

Theoretically, combining yohimbe bark with antiplatelet or anticoagulant drugs might have additive effects; however, this has not been reported in clinical research.
Research in healthy adults shows that taking yohimbine, a constituent of yohimbe bark, in doses of 8 mg or more, seems to inhibit platelet aggregation in vitro by binding to the alpha-2 adrenoceptor. The effects of yohimbe bark itself are unclear; yohimbe bark contains 0.6% to 1.38% yohimbine, but it is unclear how much is absorbed.

Here's the gist with this one. Your combo product already contains aspirin, which is a blood thinner that keeps platelets from clumping. Lab studies suggest yohimbine (the active piece of yohimbe) may also nudge platelets in that same direction, so in theory the two together could thin your blood a little more than aspirin alone. That might show up as easier bruising, nosebleeds, or bleeding gums.

I want to be honest though: this is only seen in test-tube research, not in real patients, and it's rated a minor, theoretical concern. The bigger issue with yohimbe is its tendency to spike blood pressure and heart rate, which the caffeine in this product can add to. Please check with your pharmacist or doctor before pairing them.

This combination pill mixes aspirin, caffeine, and orphenadrine (a muscle relaxer). The piece that matters here is the caffeine, which your liver clears using an enzyme called CYP1A2. Lab studies suggest yohimbe might speed that enzyme up a bit, which could lower caffeine levels and make it wear off faster. In plain terms, the caffeine part might feel slightly less noticeable. This is not a prodrug situation, and the effect on aspirin and orphenadrine isn't the concern.

Honestly, the bigger worry isn't this minor enzyme effect. It's that both yohimbe and caffeine can raise your blood pressure and speed up your heart, so stacking them may leave you feeling jittery, anxious, or racing. The evidence here is weak (test-tube only), but please check with your pharmacist before combining them.

Yohimbe is a West African tree bark that contains yohimbine, a compound mainly promoted for erectile dysfunction and as an aphrodisiac. A prescription form of yohimbine has some evidence for erectile dysfunction, but over-the-counter yohimbe supplements vary widely in content and can cause serious side effects like high blood pressure and fast heart rate.
