Olipudase Alfa-rpcp falls under HEPATOTOXIC DRUGS — the group Kava interacts with.

Theoretically, using kava with hepatotoxic drugs might increase the risk of liver damage.
Kava has been linked with over 100 cases of hepatotoxicity. Most cases occur with excessive and prolonged use. There is some concern that kava can adversely affect the liver, especially when used in combination with hepatotoxic drugs.

Here's the simple version: this isn't about kava changing how Xenpozyme (olipudase alfa) works in your body. Olipudase alfa is an enzyme replacement therapy given by infusion for ASMD (acid sphingomyelinase deficiency), and it isn't broken down by liver enzymes the way many pills are. The real concern is that both can be tough on the liver. Olipudase alfa can raise liver enzymes and affect liver function, and kava has been tied to rare but serious liver injury.

Stacking two things that stress the liver may add up. To be clear, this is based on weak, anecdotal evidence, mostly from heavy or long-term kava use. Still, please check with your doctor or pharmacist before combining them so your liver labs can be watched.
