Hydrochlorothiazide, Spironolactone falls under ANTIHYPERTENSIVE DRUGS — the group Yohimbe interacts with.

Theoretically, yohimbe might reduce the effects of antihypertensive drugs.
Yohimbine, a constituent of yohimbe, is an alpha-2 adrenoceptor antagonist and has been reported to increase blood pressure in clinical research. Theoretically, concomitant use of yohimbe and antihypertensive drugs can interfere with blood pressure control.

Here's the gist for your combo pill of hydrochlorothiazide and spironolactone: this is a water pill (diuretic) you're likely taking to lower blood pressure or reduce fluid. Yohimbe works against that goal. The yohimbine in it can nudge your blood pressure and heart rate up, which may partly cancel out the blood-pressure-lowering you're counting on.

This is a theory-based concern, drawn from how yohimbine acts on the body rather than from large studies, so the real-world effect varies a lot, especially since over-the-counter yohimbe products are unpredictable in strength. Still, since the whole point of your medication is steady blood pressure, I'd run yohimbe past your pharmacist or doctor before trying it.

Yohimbe is a West African tree bark that contains yohimbine, a compound mainly promoted for erectile dysfunction and as an aphrodisiac. A prescription form of yohimbine has some evidence for erectile dysfunction, but over-the-counter yohimbe supplements vary widely in content and can cause serious side effects like high blood pressure and fast heart rate.
