Bleeding risk is the thread running through nearly every supplement flagged for treprostinil (Remodulin), the IV therapy for pulmonary arterial hypertension. The drug itself discourages platelets from clumping, so the overwhelming majority of these ingredients could push that tendency further, and I would not add anything from this page casually. Three stand at the top: danshen and piracetam for bleeding, and American mistletoe, which tightens blood vessels and can work against the very effect the infusion is meant to produce.

A smaller cluster of eleven ingredients may slow how the body clears treprostinil through an enzyme called CYP2C8, nudging its levels up, and alcohol in any form, beer or wine included, can drop blood pressure sharply on top of the infusion.
